1. Property Selection

We offer unlimited free consultations to determine client's specific requirements before offering the most suitable selection of properties from our portfolio.

2. Viewing Trips

We can arrange no obligation viewing trips for clients to visit Bulgaria before committing to purchase a property. Viewing trips can be tailored to client's specific needs. We do not employ high pressure sales tactics and clients are not obligated to remain with our representative whilst in Bulgaria.

3. Professional Services

We can provide introductions to professionals (including lawyers, accountants and foreign exchanges) if required by the client.

4. Bulgarian Limited Companies

Non-Bulgarian citizens who are purchasing land are required to register a Bulgarian company to hold title to the land. We will provide guidance and assistance to the client to set up the company.

5. Furnishings

We work closely with a company who can offer a range of competitively priced furniture packages to complete the clients investment.

6. Insurance

We can provide introductions to insurance agents in both Bulgaria and the UK who can provide comprehensive property and liability insurance as well as insurance for vehicles and other purposes.

7. Registering for Council Tax & Bulstat

All owners of Bulgarian properties must register for council tax following completion of the purchase. In addition Non-Bulgarian citizens are also required to submit a Bulstat registration document to the Bulgarian authorities. We can provide assistance with completion of both these documents.

8. Opening a Bulgarian Bank Account

If the client wishes to set up a Bulgarian Bank Account for receipt of rentals and payment of bills we can recommend suitable banks and assist the client with the initial set up of the account.

9. Property Lets

If the client wishes to earn an income from their investment through letting the property we can recommend management and letting companies who operate in the area.
