Swimming Pool

Located at the centre of the complex the swimming pool incorporates a smaller, shallower pool suitable for younger children. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas for shade provided by the complex management for use by the owners and guests free of charge. The pool is also conveniently placed in front of the restaurant and has ample outside seating allowing for the full facilities of the restaurant to be used whilst at the pool. The complex staff maintain the pool twice daily, once in the morning and again in the evening.

Restaurant

The restaurant has seating both internally and externally and offers a variety of food which is very popular with both holidaymakers and local Bulgarians alike. Barbecue food is freshly prepared and cooked to order on the grill adjacent to the restaurant.

Unlike some of the other complexes in the resort the restaurant remains open all year round which is testament to its popularity.

Gardens & Children's Play Area

The development has wide expanses of green areas making it suitable for children to play and also has a climbing frame, slide and swings located close to the restaurant making it a popular evening destination for people with children.

Other Information

• The new Dinevi marina is located just down the hill from the complex and is easily accessible by foot. During the summer months a regular ferry service runs from the Marina to the historic world heritage site of Nesebar on the other side of the bay.


• Local buses run a regular service every 15 minutes in the summer months between St Vlas and Sunny Beach along the road behind the Watermill, with the nearest stop being located about 100m away.


• The development has its own local taxi service running from the car parking area behind the building.


• Two reasonably sized minimarkets can be found within 100m of the Watermill.


• The town square at the centre of Vlas is only a 10 minute walk from the complex along a street that leads directly to the square and has a number of good restaurants and small shops selling jewelery and other goods.


• The complex has ample parking facilities around the rear and side and has 24 hour on site security guards.


• Nearest Airport to the complex is at Bourgas which is a 30 minute transfer from the airport


• Flight times to Bourgas from the UK are approximately 3.5 hours
