The lower exterior of the building is clad in a very traditional Bulgarian style with stone from the 'Gotse Delchev' region near Bansko. The upper parts of the building and balconies are clad with tongue and groove wooden facias.
A great deal of thought has been put into the design of the building to make the apartments as light as possible by the inclusion of large windows facing south. The top of the building has a glass roof and allows for the sunlight to pass down the central stairwell helping to make it light and airy.
To the rear of the building there will be a private swimming pool and a terrace with chairs and tables for the use of the apartment owners. The developer has been careful to preserve as many of the mature pine trees around the pool and terrace area.
Despite being behind the building the pool receives direct sunlight for a large part of the day due to the sun being high enough in the sky (in summer) not to be blocked by the building.
The development is located at the upper limit allowed for building in St Vlas and the hillside behind the development is comprised of mature scrub woodland. The local population in St Vlas will tell you that this part of the village has pleasantly cool evenings in the summer with fresh clean air coming down from the hillside above.
From From the upper floors of the development there are panoramic views across the bay towards Nessebar and to Sunny Beach further around the coast to the right.
Both the Village centre and the Dinevi Marina are easily within walking distance and offer a variety of different restaurants for eating out. The Dinevi Marina is proving to be very popular and the continued development can only improve the location and create increased demand for properties within it's locality.
Another great focal point in the area is the town square in Vlas that has many different restaurants giving you a wide choice of eating options to choose from. There are a growing number of shops in the area that provide all of the essentials that you may need for your apartment.
