The building combines modern lines enriched by elements of Mediterranean mysticism and traditional Bulgarian architecture. The grounds and gardens of the development

The grounds of the development will include a vast and rich rose garden, most of it planted with roses of select varieties, arranged in decorative patterns and highlighted by ingenious lighting.

The garden is dedicated to the rose as a national symbol of Bulgaria and a trademark of the Residence. An intriguingly-shaped swimming pool with children's and jacuzzi sections, offering comfort and the option the guests and owners to cool off with a swim. There will be plenty of space around the pool for sun loungers and access to a cocktail bar service.

A children's area in the middle of this unique garden is equipped with fun toys and slides, providing a favourite spot for all children. There will also be a miniature golf course included within the grounds.
