Pirin Lodge is divided into 3 seperate sections. Each section is accessable from the other on the first floor only via a central corridor extending either direction from the main lobby.

Each section has seperate storage facilities for each apartments on the first floors. The main frontage of the building and balconies faces south easterly towards mountains.
