Kaliakria Golf & Sea Apartments have been designed and are being built and fitted to the highest of international standards. Careful attention has been paid to the smallest of detail in order to create a first class development enjoying a wide range of features fitted as standard that would normally be an additional cost in other developments.
To ensure the highest quality and standards the developer has internal quality control managers as well as external inspectors. They also offer as standard a 2 year "race to repair" warranty giving buyers the assurance of immediate remedial action in the event of any imperfections during construction.
The external facade is rich in traditional Bulgarian architectural elements such as natural stone, wooden carpentry and cast iron. Quality double glazed windows and a high level of thermal insulation provide a comfortable home that is energy efficient.
The developer has signed a contract for the Management and Maintenance of the common areas, gardening, swimming pool and security with a specialised property management company. Additional services can be offered to apartment owners such as cleaning, furnishing and property rental management.
