Elite IV - Sunny Beach, Bulgaria

The facilities and attractions of both Sunny Beach and Nessebar are within easy reach of the complex as both public transport and taxi services are available not far from the complex.

The complex is divided into fifteen seperate blocks each comprising four floors. Located in the centre of the development is a large swimming pool with an integral childrens pool. The complex also has a children's playground, restaurant, aqua bar, cafe, shops, fitness hall and a doctor's office. Underground garages are also available for sale.

Each block has a lift that also allows access to the roofterraces of the development which offer panoramic views of the sea and the whole resort. There is also a Jacuzzi on the roof of each block and sun beds on the terrace available for the use of the owners and guests.

The apartments provide the usual comforts expected from the Elite villages and vary from Studios to 2-bedrooms. They come unfurnished (except for the fitted kitchen and bathroom) but can be fully finished at the client’s choice.

The complex also has a rental agreement in place with the MyTravel Group which allows for owners to have hassle free rental income if desired.
