Elite II - Sunny Beach, Bulgaria

The residential holiday complex "Elite II" is located in the south-west part of "Sunny Beach" resort close to the famous Cocoa Beach, the river and the Longoza Nature reserve.

The 6 building groups totalling 120 apartments are situated along the periphery of the area, thus giving the possibility of creating a rather secluded, intimate recreational zone in the centre with swimming pools, children’s corners, restaurant, aqua bar, cafe, numerous shops and a supermarket.

The facilities and attractions of both Sunny Beach and Nessebar are within easy reach of the complex. The complex is fully functioning and the few apartments left come fully furnished and ready to move into.

Construction wise the windows are PVC and the inner doors are made of laminated MDF. There is a system in place for satellite television, telephone with possible Internet connection. All apartments have air-conditioning.

Elite II is located in close proximity to the beach which is just 200m away. Elite IV and Elite III are adjacent to the complex and offers all the usual comforts one can expect from the Elite villages including swimming pools, restaurant, aqua bar, children’s play areas and shops. Unique for Sunny Beach, are the flat, usable rooftops with Jacuzzis, sun beds and gardens that offer panoramic views of the sea and the whole resort. A refreshing short walk along the beach leads to the ancient town-peninsula of Nessebar (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
